Toolbox is a network monitor utility that helps users verify their status in a coin’s blockchain. Its current offering comes with the following tools:
Am I forked? — this tool determines if a user’s wallet is connected to the correct chain.
Masternode Status Check — this tool tells the user whether her/his masternode is currently running.
When a cryptocurrency has two different blockchains, only one can be correct. Coins produced by staking (PoS and masternodes) on the wrong chain results in the loss of those coins. Thus, being on the wrong chain can be a stressful event. Wouldn’t it be helpful to quickly check your wallet’s chain status? If your answer is yes, then read on.
Note: the Merge coin is used for the demonstration of Toolbox. The screenshots show the contents in English. However, the service is provided on Project Merge’s website in at least ten different languages.
From Project Merge’s website, access our portfolio of coins using Toolbox: https://toolbox.projectmerge.org/
Once in there, choose Merge to access Merge’s Am I forked? (direct link: https://toolbox.projectmerge.org/merge/forked/). The next screen is presented:
On your Merge wallet:
Go to debug console.
Type in getblockhash XXXXXX , where XXXXXX is the latest block in the chain that is automatically shown by Toolbox.
Paste the result into Toolbox's search bar.
Note: a video tutorial is provided for more detailed instructions. A link that will hook you up to a support line if you need more help is also given.
If your Merge wallet is connected to the correct chain, the following message will pop up:
Otherwise, the next message will be displayed:
For the second case, downloading a snapshot of Merge’s blockchain will help you get back on the correct chain!
Access our directory of coins using Toolbox from the following link: https://toolbox.projectmerge.org/
Once in there, choose Merge to access Merge’s Masternode Status Check (direct link: https://toolbox.projectmerge.org/merge/masternode/). The next screen is presented:
On your Merge wallet:

Merge has a professional development team that helps other projects and teams set-up and manage Toolbox for their cryptocurrencies. We provide competitive pricing and quick response to any support issues.
Note: in order work correctly, Toolbox requires the purchase of two products — Toolbox itself and Explorer. The Snapshot product can be purchased by itself if snapshots are all you need at this time.
